As we approach the end of the year, it’s getting to be time for the Red Line Club™ sELECTIONs™ vehicles to start shipping! However, there is a delay with the S’Cool Bus® -- and we’ll need you to help us out.
When the S’Cool Bus® won in this year’s third sELECTIONs™ polls, we brought out the tool, dusted it off -- and discovered that (for some unknown reason) it didn’t match the original Tom Daniel design. There were extra roof vents and a larger sunroof (see images)! In order to present you with a more authentic -- and more preferable -- product, we decided to take the time to modify the tool to reflect the original design.
But that pushes back the shipping date. So here’s all you need to do if you would like to keep your item(s) on backorder. Either:
- Reply to the e-mail you will receive (or may already have received) from Customer Service… or…
- Call Customer Service at 800-858-0102 with your order number for the S’Cool Bus®, and instruct them to keep the order.
NOTE: The item(s) will be cancelled automatically on November 7, 2009 if you do not take one of these two actions.
If you would like to cancel your order or change the shipping address, you should call the Customer Service number above. If you cancel the order, the card you used to place the order will of course not be charged.
