Nearly 40 years later, it’s still a fan fave and the featured vehicle in our latest promotion -- just buy 20 selected Hot Wheels® basic cars and we’ll send you a Hot Wheels® Collector Edition Heavy Chevy®!

Designed by Ira Gilford, the original Heavy Chevy® (the "Spoilers" version of the Camaro®) rolled off the Hot Wheels® line in a blue finish with a black and white racing-themed deco. Our 2009 version stays true to the concept of the original casting, but receives a minor facelift. With its red paint job, yellow and orange flame deco, exposed engine, Real Riders® wheels, and chrome-plated chassis, it’ll rock your collector world!

Our Heavy Chevy® is packaged on a blister card that calls out “Collector Edition” and comes in a Kar Keepers™ clamshell. Want to add one to your collection? Just follow the instructions below (but please read the Official Rules for full details), and we’ll send one your way. This promotion will be gone before you know it, so get one while you can!

1. Buy 20 selected 1:64 scale Hot Wheels® basic cars at a participating Kmart location from November 7, 2009, to December 7, 2009. Cars must be from the SKU numbers listed on the OFFICIAL RULES.


2. Mail the original cash register receipt(s), 20 blister cards (the entire cardboard piece, but not the car or plastic window) for each vehicle you order (limit of ten vehicles per household), and the COMPLETED ORDER FORM (fill out the form and print it), along with $3.00 US shipping and processing for each vehicle you order (check or money order only, made payable to MATTEL) to:

PLEASE NOTE: All requests must be postmarked by December 21, 2009. Limit of one Heavy Chevy® for every 20 basic cars you purchase within the promotional period, regardless of how many receipts those 20 cars are on. Offer is limited to ten (10) vehicles per household per promotional period.


3. Receive one Collector Edition Heavy Chevy®. Allow 8 - 12 weeks for receipt of vehicle.
